In addition to free and paid business listings, GoUtah.com offers Personal Memberships. Personal Memberships are available at no charge for any individual over the age of 13 that wishes to have a registered account on GoUtah.com. Registration is not required, although some features of the site are only available to registered users.

GoUtah Marketing does not offer any warranty, express or implied, related to the use of GoUtah.com.

GoUtah.com contains user-generated content, including photo and video uploads, comment posts, forums, and more. We make every effort to keep GoUtah.com a clean, family-friendly, environment, based on our own judgement. Should you find any material on GoUtah.com that is offensive, protected by copyright law, or needs our attention for any other reason, please let us know. We reserve the right to remove any such content from our site, but are not liable for any damages claimed from such content.
